Custom projects require a 2-week production lead time from the date of final specification confirmation.

Meitai Biochemical adheres to a strict professional quality protocol. We do not accept unconditional returns.
- Quality-Related Returns: Returns are only authorized if the product is proven to have quality defects or fails to meet COA (Certificate of Analysis) specifications.
- Exchange Policy: For non-quality related exchanges, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs and insurance fees.
- Cancellation: Unshipped orders may be cancelled for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at support@peptidesforge.com.
