We ship exclusively to addresses within Australia.

2. Shipping Rates

Orders $80 and over: Free Shipping

Orders under $80: $9 Flat Rate

3. Delivery Timeline

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Transit Time: 2–5 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.

Note: Please be aware that any unexpected customs clearance inspections by the Australian Border Force are outside our control and may occasionally extend the total transit time.

4. Import Duties, Excise Taxes, and GST

All packages are sent from our international node. All applicable Australian import taxes, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and weight-based cigar excise duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
