Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window beginning from the day your package is delivered, subject to the strict conditions outlined below:

1. Eligibility Conditions for Cigar Returns

Cigars require precise climate and humidity controls to preserve their quality. Therefore, we can only accept returns if the items are completely unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and in pristine, resalable condition. We cannot accept returns on single cigars or opened boxes.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives physically damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact us at service@tabachaze.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage/error. We will arrange a swift replacement or full refund.

3. Customs Seizures and Duty Refusals

If your package is delayed, seized, destroyed, or returned by Australian Customs because you refuse to pay the required Australian cigar excise taxes/duties, Tabachaze will NOT issue any refund or store credit.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

We will review and process your refund within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method. It generally takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
